In addition to managing the company’s reputation, Melissa implements Centocor employee communications. Melissa has been with Centocor for three years. Prior to Centocor, Melissa worked for Janssen Pharmaceutica living both in the U.S. and Europe doing global public relations. Before Janssen, she spent several years in Washington, DC, doing public relations and public affairs work in the non-profit sector. Melissa began her career at a PR agency in New York City.
